Refilling your candle is easy!

Refilling a contemporary or rustic elegance candle container from Chix and Wix is a simple and cost-effective way to enjoy your favorite fragrance again and again. Or if you want to try something new, select from any of our other wonderful fragrances.

To refill your candle container, select the fragrance you want and the number of ounces you would like to refill. We will remove any remaining wax and clean the container thoroughly. Chix and Wix will refill it for $1.50 per ounce.

The process is quick and easy, and you'll enjoy your favorite scent for much longer without purchasing an entirely new candle. So, bring or mail your empty Chix and Wix candle container and enjoy the fragrance you love at an affordable price.

How Our Refill Process Works

Our Sustainable Refill Program

Refilling your Chix and Wix candle container is a simple, eco-friendly, and cost-effective way to enjoy your favorite fragrance again and again. Our refill program helps reduce waste while allowing you to keep using the beautiful vessels you love.

Important Notes

To preserve the integrity of your container, refills are limited to two times per vessel
Vintage vessels may have different refill limitations based on their condition

REFILL CANDLE

Step 1: Prepare Your Empty Vessel

Allow your candle to burn completely or leave as is with remaining wax
Do NOT attempt to clean your vessel - we'll handle all cleaning professionally
Simply ensure your vessel is intact and one of our refillable containers

Step 2: Choose Your Refill Method

For Loudoun County Residents:

Local Meet-up: We can arrange to meet locally in Loudoun County
Local Events: Bring your container to any of our pop-up events around Loudoun County

For Customers Outside Loudoun County:

Mail-in Option: Ship your empty vessel to Chix and Wix (recommended for non-local customers)
Package your vessel securely with plenty of bubble wrap or other protective material
Ship to: Chix and Wix, 17114 Greenwood Drive, Round Hill, VA 20141
Include your name with the package
We'll use your address information from checkout for return shipping
Meet Halfway: For customers in nearby counties, we may be able to arrange a meeting point (contact us to discuss options)

Step 4: Pricing

Cost: $1.50 per ounce based on your container size

Fragrance: Select your preferred fragrance during checkout

Shipping: For mail-in refills, you'll be able to select your preferred return shipping method at checkout

Payment: Complete your payment online during checkout

Step 5: Enjoy Your Refilled Candle!

We'll thoroughly clean your container, add a fresh wick, and hand-pour your chosen fragrance
Your refreshed candle will be ready for pickup or shipped back within 5-7 business days
