When will I be charged?
You'll be charged $38 every three months, starting on the day you subscribe. Shipping is included.
Can I choose my fragrances?
Yes! When you subscribe, you can select your preferred fragrance types (e.g., Floral, Woody, Fresh), and we'll curate selections based on your preferences. If you have a specific fragrance you love, just let us know, and we'll do our best to include it in your rotation.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime by logging into your account or contacting us at michelle@chixandwix.com or kristy@chixandwix.com. Cancellations must be made 7 days before your next billing date.
What if I don't like a scent?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with a scent, contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes, you can pause your subscription for up to 3 months. Just log into your account to manage your deliveries.
Are the candles eco-friendly?
Absolutely! Our candles are made from natural beeswax and coconut oil, with lead-free cotton wicks. We also use non-toxic, skin safe fragrances.

How long does each candle last?
Our 7.5-ounce candles have a burn time of approximately 40-50 hours when used as directed. This typically provides enough fragrance to last until your next quarterly delivery.

For the best experience, always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting, burn for 2-3 hours at a time to ensure an even melt pool, and keep the candle away from drafts. We include detailed care instructions with each delivery.
